Relaxation Training- Breathing Exercises
This Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) webinar will instruct and guide participants through a series of breathing techniques which aim to promote a deep state of relaxation. Proper breathing habits are essential for good mental and physical health. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant. Attend to receive 75 Pure Wellness points (to a maximum total of 300 points for FSAP 30 minute webinar attendance per calendar year).
