Better Sleep
The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is offering this webinar for those interested in developing better sleep habits amidst the stressors of COVID-19. Participants will review the various benefits of sleep and the connection between stress and insomnia. Tips on healthy sleep habits will be shared. This seminar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant. FSAP Health and Wellness webinars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program. Attend to receive 75 Pure Wellness points (to a maximum total of 300 points for FSAP 30-minute webinar attendance per calendar year).
