November is American Library Association (ALA) International Games Month. This year the University of Miami Libraries is showcasing a collection of Roleplaying Games (RPG) and other materials about RPGs in honor of the 50th Anniversary of the game Dungeons & Dragons (D&D).
D&D made a major impact on the world of RPG games and is considered by many to be the start of modern roleplaying games. It has inspired other games in the genre, video games, and can be found in other pop culture media like television and films. For this pop-up exhibit, we will have a collection from the library that relates to D&D.
