https://miami.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_F6RGXXOCRT-BRBbGzW_uqgSpatial biology is an emerging field that investigates cells and tissues in the context of their in situ environment. Understanding the spatial distribution and spatial relationships of individual cell types (especially those of key immune cell populations) within a tissue microenvironment is critical in advancing our understanding of human disease and informing the development of novel therapeutics. This seminar will present the state-of-the-art CellScape instrument from Canopy Biosciences, a Bruker Company. CellScape provides differentiated, high-plex, quantitative, single-cell spatial proteomics that provides quantitative and comprehensive spatial phenotyping of tissue samples. For example, this platform can provide visualization and quantitative analysis of immune infiltration by specific immune cell subsets/subtypes within the tumor microenvironment or across different stages of disease. Automated cyclic immunostaining enables whole-tissue imaging at virtually unlimited plex. The Canopy CellScape technology combines high resolution with eight-log high dynamic range imaging, to deliver cutting-edge performance for cell and phenotype identification.
