DESCRIPTION:The Sylvester Onco-Genomics Shared Resource (OGSR) offers state
 -of-the-art resources and services for genomics related oncology research.
   OGSR services include next generation sequencing\, epigenomic assays\, s
 ingle cell genomics\, spatial genomics\, gene expression and molecular qua
 ntification\, and sample processing.  Major instruments in this shared res
 ource facilitate a wide range of research applications\, including next ge
 neration sequencing\, single cell genomics\, qPCR and dPCR\, digital gene 
 expression\, sample preparation (e.g.\, nucleic acid extraction and purifi
 cation)\, and sample quality assessment and quality control.  Spatial mult
 i-omics research is supported by new OGSR services\, including the 10X Gen
 omics Visium system and the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler plat
 form\, with these services provided in close collaboration with the other 
 Sylvester Shared Resources.  This seminar will cover the existing and new 
 instruments and services of the OGSR and discuss their high impact applica
