https://umiami.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0BSAOdDsXKbD6YuThe intersectionality of Business and Human Rights is a robust topic that touches on almost every aspect of our community. It is a crossroads that is often overlooked and ignored, but has increasingly been given attention in today’s social and political climate.
This panel seeks to discuss some of the most pressing issues that fall within the realm of business and human rights pertaining to technology, finance, fashion, sports, and labor. We hope to discuss relevant topics in current events, overarching themes, and ways to increase awareness on how our involvement as consumers plays a role in protecting basic human rights.
