This seminar will highlight the capabilities of the Akoya PhenoCycler-Fusion system, which enables ultrahigh-plex spatial phenotyping of tissues at single-cell resolution using integrating automated fluidics and iterative imaging. This system analyzes tissue sections on a slide and is capable of imaging 1 million cells in 10 minutes, with a throughput of 5 to 100+ slides per week. The system allows unbiased spatial phenotyping of tissues, including every single cell in a tissue section across a whole slide. Learn how to analyze 100+ biomarkers from any sample type, enabling rapid whole slide, single-cell spatial biology, with multiomic spatial phenotyping that integrates transcriptomics and protein data.
