This Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) webinar is offered for those interested in exploring the importance of civility in the workplace. Participants will examine the concepts of civility and incivility, their significance to organizations, as well as the typical causes and effects of each. Skills needed to effectively practice civil behavior will be reviewed. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant. FSAP Health and Wellness webinars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program. Attend to receive 100 Well ’Canes points (to a maximum total of 300 points for FSAP 1-hour webinar attendance per calendar year).
