About this EventAdd to calendar
There is an abundance of scientific research that shows the transformative impact optimism has on so many areas of our lives. Optimists have healthier outlooks and tend to live longer than their more pessimistic counterparts. They also are less susceptible to the negative effects of illness, fatigue, and depression. Join us in this webinar to explore how optimism is both an attitude and a choice. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) consultant. FSAP Health and Wellness webinars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program. Attend to receive 100 Pure Wellness points (to a maximum total of 300 points for FSAP 1-hour webinar attendance per calendar year).
