DESCRIPTION:Advancements in spatial multiomics platforms have the potential
  to revolutionize the understanding of human disease processes and the ide
 ntification of therapeutic targets. This seminar will present the latest a
 ssays available using Bruker Spatial Biology’s fit-for-purpose spatial m
 ultiomics systems. The CosMx spatial molecular imager enables direct imagi
 ng of the entire protein-coding transcriptome and 64 proteins at subcellul
 ar resolution\, while the GeoMx digital spatial profiler allows for profil
 ing of the whole transcriptome and up to 1\,200 proteins in regions of int
 erest in tissues. The discoveries made from these ultra-high-plex discover
 y platforms can be validated using the CellScape precise spatial proteomic
 s platform\, which utilizes cyclic immunofluorescence and standard fluores
 cently conjugated antibodies to allow for tissue staining of up to 100 mar
 kers in a single experiment. Data will be presented on how these technolog
 ies are being used in disease contexts\, with a focus on various cancers\,
  to allow for the discovery of novel biomarkers that inform clinical decis
 ions and drug discovery and development.  \n\n \n\nThis seminar is jointly
  hosted by the Sylvester Onco-Genomics Shared Resource (OGSR)\, Flow Cytom
 etry Shared Resource (FCSR)\, Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Shared Reso
 urce (BBSR)\, and Cancer Modeling Shared Resource (CMSR).  The Bruker CosM
 x and GeoMx platforms are available for data generation in the OGSR\, with
  integrated research histopathology services from the CMSR and analysis su
