Canvas Migration Clinics: Drop-In Office Hours for Your Course Transition
Ready to move your course into Canvas? Join the Learning Platforms Team for dedicated Migration Clinics designed to help you review your migrated content, prepare your Canvas course, and get answers to your transition questions.
These virtual drop-in office hours provide personalized support in an open Zoom session. Join at any point during the scheduled time block, share your screen if you'd like, and work with a member of the Learning Platforms Team as questions arise. Whether you need a quick check-in or more in-depth guidance, we're here to help.
We can help you with:
- Reviewing your migrated course content
- Understanding your next steps for preparing your Canvas course
- Importing content into your Fall 2026 course shell
- Organizing your course structure and modules
- Troubleshooting migration questions
- Connecting you with additional Canvas resources and support
How it works:
- Clinics are offered in scheduled drop-in blocks throughout the summer.
- Each session block is open for 4–6 hours.
- Join the Zoom session at any time during the scheduled block.
- Stay for a quick question or work with us as long as you need.
- Share your screen for personalized guidance if you'd like.
Before you attend:

✔ Have your questions ready so we can make the most of your time.
