DESCRIPTION:Trained as a photographer\, multidisciplinary artist Samuel Lev
 i Jones (b. 1978) deconstructs and manipulates outdated books including en
 cyclopedias\, law\, and medical publications\, to critically explore syste
 ms of knowledge and power. He is the recipient of the 2014 Joyce Alexander
  Wein artist prize awarded to him by the Studio Museum in Harlem. His work
  is in prominent private and public collections including SFMOMA\, The Rub
 ell Family Collection\, LACMA\, and the Whitney Museum of American Art to 
 name a few.\n\n \n\nDennis Scholl is the President and CEO of Oolite Arts\
 , a 38-year-old organization dedicated to supporting visual artists in Mia
 mi. He is also a collector of contemporary art\, who\, together with his w
 ife Debra\, has built one of the largest private collections of Aboriginal
  Australian art in the US. Over the last 20 years \,Scholl created a serie
 s of initiatives dedicated to building the contemporary art collections of
  major museums\, which resulted in hundreds of patron-funded art acquisiti
 ons. He has served on the boards and executive committees of the Aspen Art
  Museum\; Museum of Contemporary Art\, North Miami\; the Pérez Art Museum
