  connecting students to mentors and employers.\n \n\nBreakThru Diversity M
 ixer is a career event designed for underrepresented student populations\,
  including Black\, Indigenous\, & People of Color (BIPOC)\, First-Generati
 on\, LGBTQ+\, and students with disabilities at the University of Miami\, 
 to connect with employers who value and promote diversity\, equity\, inclu
 sion\, and belonging.\n\nThis event serves as a lead into our Job & Intern
 ship Expo and supports future professionals by providing early access to c
 onnect with employers before attending Expo. BreakThru will be hosted at L
 akeside Village Pavilion & Expo Center\, where students will meet employer
 s specifically looking to offer internships and full-time opportunities to
  diverse populations.\n \n\nThank you to our campus partners\, the United
