About this Event
This Grand Rounds on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) will be a live virtual conference. Dr. Fornos will provide clinicians with an understanding of BHRT for women to manages symptoms of menopause and prevent certain health risks associated with estrogen loss.
OBJECTIVES:
- At the conclusion of this activity participants will be able to:
- Describe the indications and applications of female post-menopausal hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- Evaluate the benefits of bioidentical (BHRT) vs non bioidentical HRT.
- Outline hormone metabolism and how to monitor HRT.
