Join us for our Arnold and Augusta Newman Lecture Series in Photography featuring Elinor Carucci: Intimacy.
Elinor Carucci is a devoted photographer of personal, intimate imagery. For over thirty years she has used both her personal and editorial work to navigate and illuminate the emotional landscapes we all inhabit. In this talk, Carucci explores her editorial projects and her long-term bodies of work — Closer, Diary of a Dancer, Mother, and Midlife — that are united by a common inquiry: how to bear witness to the rawness and beauty of lived experience.
