Caroline O’Connor is the President of Business Operations for the Miami Marlins, the Major League Baseball team based in Miami, Florida that reached the Postseason in 2023. Ms. O’Connor, who is in her seventh year with the Marlins organization, is the second current woman in Major League Baseball to ascent to the President level. She joined the organization in October of 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff before ascending to Chief Operating Officer during the 2019 season. In her role, Ms. O’Connor oversees the Corporate Center of the Marlins front office and guides the Marlins’ leadership team to execute organizational objectives and goals,focusing on innovative means to grow lines of business and create a model of sustained success.
