#miamiherbertJuan Carlos Liscano oversees American Airlines’ Miami hub, leading 15,500 team members and nearly 400 daily flights to 160 destinations worldwide. A 30-year veteran of the airline, he has held key leadership roles across operations and customer service. Active in the Greater Miami community, he serves on multiple civic boards and previously chaired the Miami-Dade Beacon Council. Liscano holds an MBA from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University
