Come listen to the 2020-2021 Engaged Faculty Fellows discuss their strategies and methods for incorporating community-based learning into their pedagogy. This panel will focus on best practices, challenges, and lessons learned by an exemplary group of engaged scholars.
Engaged Faculty Fellows Awards Program:The Office of Civic & Community Engagement awards summer stipends of $2,500 to University of Miami faculty interested in linking the classroom and community through hands-on, experiential education. Engaged Faculty Fellows create courses that incorporate significant components of civic engagement and service-learning into their curriculum.
