##researchadministration #researchThe 2024 Research Administrative Symposium provides a professional development and networking opportunity for the University of Miami research administration community. This year the Symposium will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024. It will include opening remarks by senior University leaders including Dr. Maria Alcaide, Vice Provost for Research and Scholarship and Dr. Stephen Nim er, Executive Dean for Research, Miller School of Medicine. Attendees will be offered a variety of in-person concurrent sessions with speakers from ORA, Research Affairs & Assessment, Business Services, Office of Technology Transfer and Supply Chain. Throughout the afternoon we will touch on issues that involve multiple stages of the award life cycle. The Symposium aims to strengthen collaboration through shared learning experiences and conversation.
Register for the Welcome & OVPRS Update session and select from the 11 individual concurrent sessions offered. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided. Parking will also be provided at the Alumni Center.
