Celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month through the lens of Filipinos, the Latins of Asia.
Using the universal language of food, attendees will learn a classic and simple Filipino dish, make a refreshing beverage, and attend an enlightening cultural immersion with our guide, noted restaurateur, chef, and James Beard finalist, Filipina American Nicole Ponseca.
At the end of this event, she hopes you’ll learn more about the Filipino community, the second-largest Asian group in the United States.
Participants will receive a food and a beverage recipe in advance of the event.
