About this Event
1120 NW 14th Street, Miami, FL 33136
https://miami.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Hg7eXH9CQnu5Y9phU3OCsAThe vast complexities of biology require approaches to build a complete picture, starting from single cells to tissues and beyond. 10x Genomics provides single cell, spatial, and in situ technologies that unravel highly complex biological systems, fuel scientific discoveries, and drive exponential progress. This symposium will cover the Chromium Single Cell, Visium Spatial, and Xenium In Situ platforms from 10x Genomics. These platforms can be used to uncover molecular insights, dissect cell-type differences, investigate the adaptive immune system, detect novel subtypes and biomarkers, and map the epigenetic landscape cell by cell. Results with these 10X Genomics systems enable deeper insight into cancer, immunology, neuroscience, and developmental biology, and give researchers the ability to see biology in new ways. Presentations will include high-resolution molecular profiling with 10x Genomics spatial biology platforms; spatial transcriptomics analysis of ductal remodeling in FFPE pancreatic samples from Type 1 diabetic and non-diabetic donors; spatial transcriptomics in the investigation of immune tolerance of pancreatic islet transplants; and gaining a multidimensional view of biology with single cell solutions.
This symposium is jointly hosted by the Sylvester Onco-Genomics Shared Resource, HIHG Center for Genome Technology, and CFAR Laboratory Sciences Core.
Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees
