Join us for an immersive midday escape to the Sustainability Garden for our Green Liaison Summer Lunch & Learn! Each semester, Green U aims to bring Green Liaisons together for a social event of networking, connection, and reflection on the program. Whether you are already signed up for the Green Liaison program or just starting to explore eco-friendly habits, this Lunch & Learn offers practical tools to green your daily routine and aims to bring together environmentally conscious members of our campus community. Experience sustainability in action with a live composting demonstration, a guided garden tour, and a cooking demo.

Spend some time outdoors and help care for our sustainability garden! The Sustainability Garden monthly maintenance is for all UM community members, you can help weeding, mulching, watering, inspecting, rearranging plots, adding soil,... we have a lot to do to make sure our garden is thriving! Volunteers are welcome in the Sustainability Garden, make sure you bring a hat, tied shoes and a water bottle! (The garden is located in the Gifford Arboretum: Map).
