Relaxation Training- Breathing Exercises This Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) webinar will instruct and guide participants through a series of breathing techniques which aim to promote a deep state of relaxation. Proper breathing habits are essential for good mental and physical health. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant. The Art of Mindfulness at the Lowe (this is a past event)

Enjoy Mindfulness every Tuesday at the Lowe at 12:30 p.m. for FREE! - The Art of Mindfulness - Recharge, refocus and reclaim the day with a short introduction to mindfulness followed by a guided mindful sitting. Sessions are led by Alice Lash, founder of Mindfultime, and UM Professor Scott Rogers, founder of UM’s Mindfulness in Law Program. The program is held every first and third Tuesday of the month.
